Jennifer Tougas is a nationally certified personal trainer, spinning instructor,TRX and Barre Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the fitness field and an undergraduate education in Exercise Science. Jen has built a loyal clientele and fitness community in Ipswich and beyond. She is an experienced ultra marathon runner who competes in national races.

Jodi Comeau

Jodi Comeau has joined our team as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Spin Instructor. Her job as a Health Coach is to guide and support people in their transformation process to optimal health, and to help people realize the potential they possess. She is certified in Sports Nutrition, Indoor Cycling and Group Fitness. Let her help you find foods to help work for your body's optimum nutrition!


Cortney Penta

Cortney is the newest Personal Trainer to join Personal Best Training Studio. She is certified through W.I.T.S. Personal Training Program, with a background in running, boxing, kickboxing,
strength and conditioning, as well as years of experience playing, coaching, and training in the sport of soccer. As a trainer, Cortney prides herself on getting to know her clients, and helping them reach their fitness goals in creative ways based on their own person interests. Cortney is available for personal training clients, small group training, and group exercise classes!
